10 years of Creative Colors

“The cooperation with Creative Colors and Eduardo Chaves Cortes dates back to 1984.
Back then, he was still employed as the head of manufacturing in his mother’s family business, a renowned cosmetics company home to the VOGUE brand.

We supplied them with cosmetics pencils.
In 1985, under the leadership of Rolf Handschuh, the initial cooperation with Eduardo Chaves began in one of Vogue’s subcontracted companies, and the first pencil-manufacturing project for the Colombian market, put together by Eduardo himself and Hans Ensinger, was successfully underway. It remains a successful model for this market development concept to this day.

In 1997 Eduardo Chaves parted ways with the company VOGUE and set up a joint venture together with SSC under the name Creative Colors, which has established itself on the market with growing success and caters not only to Colombia, but also other countries in the north of South America also known as the Pacto Andino.

This year, on 30 April, we celebrated 10 years of Creative Colors!
Eduardo Chaves, head of Creative Colors, arranged a day of celebrations for all employees, which began with them all attending mass together.
In his speech, Eduardo thanked all employees for their excellent work, their loyalty and enthusiasm and awarded certificates to those employees who had been with the company for many years.
He specifically emphasised the fact that the success of Creative Colours would never have been possible without the close cooperation of Schwan and its board of directors.

Herta Fischer, who represented Schwan Cosmetics at the festivities, then also thanked the employees, and of course Eduardo Chaves himself.

His professionalism and reliability allowed the joint venture to become such a success. Without him, there would most likely not be a subsidiary in Colombia, and Herta Fischer presented Eduardo with two certificates from Schwan Cosmetics, representing milestones of excellent cooperation and success!
After that, the celebrations continued with wine and great food, and the candles were blown out on a giant birthday cake…

It was a very successful party, which also bodes well for further successful cooperation between the two companies!
