For our Global Purchasing Department and Global Mould Management Team, we are looking for a

Your Role:

• Global role in close liaison with Production, Technical Mould Department, R & D and local Procurement teams. Reporting to VP of Global Purchasing. 
• Managing plastic parts supply chain in line with global strategy
  - Understanding/defining the business requirements
  - Plastic part & moulds quotations
  - Analysing & ensuring balance between demand  and supply
• Managing relationship with global network of suppliers
• Materials price negotiation, proactive supply shortage mitigation
• Conduct supplier meetings an cross-functional internal reviews
• Work closely with production facilities & procurement teams in the Schwan network
• Mould relocations coordination

Your Profile:

• Experience in Supply chain or Business role
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Technical oriented area
• Fluent in English (German or Spanish is a plus)
• Basic understanding of production environment
• Domestic & international travel required
• Project Management and Analytical skills
• MS Office and ERP-proficiency
• Professional presence and Communication skill
• Cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to negotiate  and to work independently
