We are offering an internship for six months from March 2025.

Tasks:

• Market and Product Analysis: Conduct research on cosmetic products and markets, analyze trends, and present the findings creatively and systematically.
• Interactive Training Materials: Support product managers in designing and creating innovative training materials, making internal training sessions engaging and experiential.
• Experience Product Training: Actively participate in product training sessions, assist with organization and follow-up, and contribute to their execution.
• Project Work with Initiative: Take on independent research and project tasks to support strategic decision-making.
• Competitor and Consumer Insights: Dive deep into analyzing competitors, market trends, and customer needs to deliver well-founded insights.
• Marketing Support: Explore and plan creative marketing initiatives in collaboration with internal stakeholders and contribute to their implementation.
• Internal Newsletter: Regularly create and present an internal newsletter with exciting updates on product launches, blogger news, and social media trends.

Qualifications:

• Degree in business studies or similar, ideally with a focus on marketing
• Independent working style, flexible, and able to meet deadlines
• Motivated and willing to go the extra mile
• Passion for makeup, lifestyle, and trends
• Proficient in digital media, social media, and the MS Office suite
• Excellent English skills
